Successes: I'm still doing strength workouts, yoga, walk/ run, swim and stay active doing activities of daily living. I'm liking the shape I'm in and my improved overall fitness!
Struggles: My husband continues recovering from surgery. I seem to have pulled a muscle perhaps, so certain movements hurt. I ran two days in a row because the air felt nice outside, so today I did my cardio in a pool. My body kinda feels worn out.1 -

Successes:
- I took advantage of gym access to do more cardio with less impact. My goal was to get 4 miles in each day. I got 4.75 miles average.
- I'm seeing more muscle definition everywhere. I am consistently a little sore all over.
- I'm not going to obsess over the scales because I'm doing the work consistently.
- I begin to suspect a happy reason I seem to be stuck at this weight.
Struggles: I have felt a little extra emotional lately. I seem to get tired, really really tired randomly and occasionally.

This week's successes: under calories everyday. Actually saw 175.0 on the scale two days ago. So I know I'm getting close to breaking my struggle of not going below 176 on a weigh in day.
This week's challenges: None other than eating Mexican food last night before my weigh in day. That was a bad choice. I stayed in calories, but I retain water VERY easily and it's reflecting on the scale. Ithi k next week will be my week to have 175 on a weigh in day!
