I would love to lose 50 lbs !!
(Actually I am going to aim for 5 pounds a month as a minimum)

May - I think I *may* be back on track. Let's see for June. Hoping for 6 lbs off by mid June.
June - *pat on the back* I DID actually re-start after reaching 223 at the end of May/start of June.
July - it's slower going this time, but I am exercising more and losing inches
August - 1 had 2 weeks at the start of Aug off, but I am straight back onto it. Still focused!
September - wow, what a month, I was hoping for onederland, when all of a sudden it arrived!
My personal challenges looking forward: sticking with it. Logging everyday. Working harder to stay within allowances. Being "okay" with the numbers on a standstill for a bit. Focus on the big picture. Cook at home is far more successful but I am a social eater
My current plan --> 20 lb increments to 175 then re-adjust goals to suit

Successes: I have done the work consistently despite a tighter schedule. I'm doing yoga most mornings, challenging strength workouts 2x / week and some endurance cardio sessions including intervals and distance. My body feels alive and happy tired every day.
Struggles: My husband is getting more healed every day; however, I'm still driving him to and from work each day. It just changed the time, place & type of workouts available to me.

Over the past 6 weeks my weight has sat around 80-83kg (176-182), after reaching a all time low of 77.9kg (171.7). I have been actively trying to gain some muscle. But have just stated training for 15km run event so should start seeing more fat loss. I still have not been logging food as still waiting for new mobile.

I've hit a plateau (since 3 weeks I'm swinging between 80 - 78 kg. ) And I don't know what Im doing wrong I only do Jogging and some body weight exercises. Now I'm thinking about joining gym. Hope that will be helpful.

This wasn't easy. This didn't come to me naturally. I had to work hard. I struggled. In past I too made many mistakes. And This time I used those mistakes and experiences as tool to Succeed.
After some time many of us lose that "drive" or "fire". It gets difficult to stay motivated , stay focused.
So here, the Real secret is Determination and Passion. It's the Key !!! Without Focus, Motivation, And Determination we can't achieve anything.

Successes: I’m back! Stronger than ever and ready to roll into a new decade. I have gone back to basics old school style. I weigh and measure every morsel and paper track. Yeah, it’s harder, but the focus and attention to detail is real. Back to reading all labels again and not just choosing what MFP’s database has in their lineup. Obsessive? Sure is. But if you want it bad enough, you’ll do whatever works for you! I have lost the 5+ pounds gained during my 2 week hiatus. Onward and downward!
