The Background:
Current "Live Style Change" (Not a DIEt): 1650 kcal a day.
Currently three times a week at the Gym, program of 150 minutes Cardio/Strength (mixed exercises 11/13).
Every fourth-night a 60 minute session with a Personal Trainer.
Every workday a three mile walk.
Motivator: losing weight for 2nd kidney transplant in 2019(-ish?).
Being a kidney patient makes me fluctuate in weight very bad.
I can loose or gain 4 pounds or more in 24 hours on fluids alone.

This week's successes: Added in some exercise. 2 days of back exercises, push-ups & triceps dips, 1 video-TurboJam, 1 Zumba class. Took steps at work quite often & 1 extra time just because I had a lot of energy & felt great 1 day -- actually just got up from my desk & told my co-worker that I'd be right back. LOL. Managed to avoid fast food & the lure of restaurants & to stick with my meal plans and stay under in calories every day! Made myself get in control of myself & NOT give in to the stress!
This week's challenges: Getting to work early enough so that I could leave early enough to make it to a fitness class-- that's why only 1 class. Stressing about what to wear to Zumba class due to having gained so much weight... look horrible so really had to push it to go to that class. (Felt good doing Zumba, tho. ) Wanting to go thru drive thrus on my way home from work. Not so much craving, but the restaurant smells made it soo tempting. So easy to just stop at one of the 4 Baskin Robbins, 2 dairy queens, 3 Sonics, 4 chipotles, numerous McDonalds, 3 Whataburgers, Steak N Shake, Taco Bells, and all the other fast food places & restaurants between work & home...and not stick with my meal plans. (BUT I DID IT THIS WEEK!) Stress was a challenge, too...

Successes: It's time for the monthly fluctuation, but I also increased my strength training for the last couple of weeks. I feel stronger and firmer. I've continued with consistent, challenging workouts and with logging.
Struggles: Just patience and being grateful for how awesome I feel.
Also, my husband is home, recovering from a minor surgery. My routines has been slightly altered, but I'm grateful for at home YouTube workouts and a safe neighborhood where I can to walk/ run / swim.2 -

I've hit a plateau (since 3 weeks I'm swinging between 80 - 78 kg. ) And I don't know what Im doing wrong I only do Jogging and some body weight exercises. Now I'm thinking about joining gym. Hope that will be helpful.

I seriously have been doing so much better and frankly don't understand it. The only thing that I can think of is not getting enough sleep. Other than that my body is being resistant. I feel like it is going to happen for me... if I just stick with my meal plans.
This week's successes: I dieted successfully 5 out of 7 days. i'm going for 100%, tho. I was unable to get to a class, but did Turbojam 1x & back exercises twice... Walked a lot & moved boxes from large mini storage to a smaller one. I got over 10,000 steps several days this week.
Huge success in that I was able to pass the fast food places & didn't stop for ice cream or donuts. Resisted!

W23 June 8th - 230.75lbs heavy weekend but gym lots this week so could have been much worse
W24 June 15th - 224.75lbs pulled it back after a weekend away so very pleased - few quiet ones now should help
W25 June 22nd - 220.50lbs feeling like I am pulling this back again
W26 June 30th - 222.00lbs good week food and exercise - think the heat is affecting water retention maybe
