Yes, I was on VLCD forever it seems like. I believe they are supposed to keep the tendons & your patella in place through your movements. I've just recently started wearing them and the knee discomfort has gone down just a bit.

I'm up every morning by 4:00 am to get my workout in. I'm going to have to move that to 3:45 am starting soon though since the new program I'm doing has longer workouts in it. Once you get into the habit, it's 2nd nature but it does require you to go to bed a heck of a lot earlier than you ever thought you would!

I have a few "before" pics but they weren't at my worst which I do kind of regret! But I HATE to have my pic taken b/c I always know I'm going to look terrible. For this experience that I'm now going through, I do which I had one when I was over 300 but I'm also trying to forget that person!

Fage plain 0% is the best. I add blueberries and cinnamon to mine! Sam's Club sells a 4 cup container of it for under $5! That's an amazing price for such an amazing product IMO!
