PurePump is all natural....I believe it doesn't have anything artificial in it. It's flavorless though if that's an issue. I got it off of Amazon when I had ordered it.

I got my entire olympic set at Play it Again Sports (recycled sporting good store). Not sure if they are in your area or not but they have lots of gently used & new equipment.

I do all of my cardio alone and lift 1-2 days at home alone as well but I have a PT that I lift w/ 2 days/week and actually love it! He seriously pushes me further and harder than I would normally push myself! Plus its nice to have a spotter constantly with you when you are doing heavier lifts!! Honestly I think I'd like…

Look into the You Are Your Own Gym book or the app (YAYOG) by Mark Lauren. I use the app every now and then and it's a fabulous workout!! You can also customize it. I highly recommend it. He also did a female version called Body By You.

The workouts change the further into the program that you go. Also, you can change the days that you do them. Personally, I do them only on the weekends b/c I go to the gym and lift during the week. I actually do 2-3 of the workouts on Saturday and then another 2-3 on Sunday. You get to decide when and how often you do…
