I'm on week 10 of the beginner program. I like the fact that the workouts are super quick so that I can do them on the weekends when I don't get to the gym! I'm a newbie runner but mainly focus on lifting right now. I EAT but it varies on day to day. Yes there are protein bars on my diary but that is because I'm on the go a lot!! Feel free to add me. My 1st half marathon is in May and I'm always looking for people that can give me support!

I am a much bigger fan of actually running outside rather than on a treadmill! I can go so much further and faster I find. Not sure if it actually being able to distract myself with the view or not but I'll take running outside any day!! Treadmill is used when needed though!

I'm down to around 30 mins but that's doing it on my own. I have't ran an actual timed 5K event - I usually do the 10K's instead. And I'm MUCH faster outside than I am on a treadmill for some reason!

Schaub is just not looking comfortable at all this season. I really think all of the bad comments are getting in his head. Hopefully they can turn it around yet this season. I have a definite soft side for this team these days.

Football is watched in my house with a great stout & some spicy *kitten* chili to go with it!! College game day is enjoyed with a great Bloody Mary or some nice Irish coffee!! Love my Saturdays & Sundays filled with football!! :heart: :drinker:

I'm just getting into to it but I find that I run so much better (longer & faster) outside than on a treadmill! If the outdoors could be climate controlled, free of creepy men that bug you while you run (my newest experience) and loose dogs then I think I would run out there all the time! I've done Insanity twice and both TapouT XT & XT2. Personally if you want all cardio with a little bit of body strength then go for Insanity BUT if you want additional strength w/ some punching, kicking & cardio then do Tapout.
