starting the journey back to health

Hi everyone,

I'm aiming to get my health back after a pretty rough time of things health wise so far this year. I'm using the Couch potato to 5 k in 9 weeks running app. I first used the programme 6 years ago to some success (that's enough free advertising), but time flies too quickly, and hunched over a desk and kit Kat's and cake became the norm. Its been a tough year psychologically which has hit my motivation.
