I have to do a modified version of these. They are brutal! I have bad knees and they remind me how bad they are everytime that I attempt these in one of my workouts! Kudos to anyone that can successfully do these!

It takes some serious patience so make sure you remember that! Well worth it in the end to finally find something sustainable though! Don't rush the process and when you want to give up just remember DON'T!

I could destroy a jar of JIF in a heartbeat but now that I've switched to all natural PB - just 2 ingredients (peanuts & salt) it's a lot easier to eat in moderation I'm finding. I won't ever buy the other stuff now with all the added oils & sugar!

I tried the dating sites and hated it (scary *kitten* people out there) but 2 of my best friends are married to their online love matches. I have however met a perfect man on this site - he just unfortunately is married! :grumble:

I'm a beginner and I just went out and did it one day. I'm starting to enjoy it a little more and more but it takes practice. Good music certainly helps me!! Just get out there and do it!! =)

I've always kept all of my seeds/nuts in the freezer and have never had an issue with them. I use them daily though. Freezing them won't hurt them as long as they're in a decent container.

StrongLifts 5x5 has you start out with 95 lbs and doing 1 set of 5. You progress up 10 pounds the next time (which is every other workout) if you complete the set successfully.

I get up around 3:45 every morning so that I can be out my door by 6:00 for work. Sucks but once you get used to it, it isn't too bad.

I've lost about 102 pounds w/o surgery! The last 20 is what is giving me grief at the moment! Did it (before being truly educated) and wouldn't recommend it! It just destroys your metabolism! You lose b/c you're practically starving your body!! There are healthier ways to do it!!!

I definitely feel better in a ponytail when my hair is longer. The longer the PT the sexier I think.

Failed my OHP last night of 70 lbs. so my goal is to defeat that *kitten*!! And my BR of 95 lb tomorrow I know is going to kick my butt so that is going to be a goal in Feb. as well!
