I used to sit with a jar of PB, a jar of Strawberry jam and a big spoon and call it dinner on more than a few occassions!! Now I try to have PB on homemade bread every morning so that I get my "fix"! I told a friend earlier today that the world would be a happier place if PB was a calorie free food!!

^^^This! Make sure to lift weights!! I dropped a lot of weight fast and there is definitely more skin than I'd like but its SLOWLY going away the more I lift!! After all is said and done though, I'd much rather have some extra skin rather than dragging around all the extra unhealthy weight that I was.

So happy to hear you got everything under control!!! This was well written and hopefully it will help a lot of people out there!! Too many people are under eating and they don't realize what it's doing to their bodies.

You shouldn't be eating below your BMR and not above your TDEE in order to lose fat (as long as you've calculated your numbers correctly based upon your daily movements). I completed the program and it was by far the BEST program I ever did!! I loved every second of it!!! I am definitely going to repeat it after I finish P90X!
