Hahaha, that picture! A first date hiking, wow! I usually just get asked out for coffee and maybe a walk round a park after. If you're hiking there's not much that comes to mind as to cute dressing. Maybe just wear some jeans, trainers and then a nice top and jumper.

A. Day 2 Level 1 completed B. The work out was ok except I had trouble doing the push ups! My shoulders and chest were aching from yesterday's work out, so I could really feel the pain there.

A) Day 1 of level 1 completed B) It was quite good, I think because I have done it before I knew what to expect. But I did feel a little sick and exhausted during the jumping!

I took my measurements this morning! Last time I did it I didn't see much difference in weight loss, so it will be nice to see the inches come off at least. Will hopefully complete first work out later on tonight. I remember it being really tough to start with.

Hi everyone! My name's Bryonie. I'm a student at university and I often find it difficult to fit exercise in, but 30 day shred is so easy to fit in and do at home. I love it. I did the 30 day shred before, but forgot to take measurements before starting! So hopefully this time I will complete the 30 day shred and really…

I have no internet at the moment (I'm writing this in a Starbucks) and also three 2500 word essays due, so I'm really, really behind and unable to update you all! Sorry!
-
Ah, ok thanks! 28th November sounds good to me. Yeah I am definitely up for starting 30DS, it would be nice to complete it this time!
-
Well done everyone on completing! Still need to do run 3 and then only 1 more week! When is the week after thanksgiving? (We don't celebrate it here, so I have no idea!)
-
a. W8D2 done b. I wanted to stop so badly in the last 5 minutes. I stopped and looked at the clock and I had 2 seconds, left. Is it ok if I count it as complete?! I know what you mean about the runner's high, I don't get it either. I keep reading things about how much better you feel after you run and how happier you are.…

Well done Felicia! We're all doing so well!
-
a. W8D1 done b. The run was good, I was very tired after! Who knew 3 minutes would make it even harder!
-
a. W7D3 done! b. The run was ok, I saw penguins! But I keep getting a cramp feeling in my stomach after I run. Does anyone else get it too?
-
I hope everything will be alright Yasmin! a. W7D2 completed b. It was a really good run, I didn't look at the time! And I ran faster, I did 3 miles instead of the 2 I usually do, and I ran a 10 minute mile instead of between 11-12 like I normally do. c. To carry on improving!
-
Good luck everyone!
-
a. W7D1 completed b. The run was good, as for animals I saw: camels and sheep! c. I keep checking to see if the run is going to be over soon at the exact same time, 3 minutes to go. Hopefully on the next run I can just keep going without thinking about the time. Also, well done Felicia! You can really see the difference in…

a. W6D3 done! :D b. The run was good, I changed my route and ran around a part of the park I never run through. I ran past lakes, I ran past the zoo and saw some animals, I saw swans. It was a lovely run! It was a better distraction and so the run went fast. c. Hopefully to fit in week 7 day 1 either Saturday or Sunday.
-
Haha, I know! I did it 30 days straight with no breaks. But lots of people do breaks. Apparently Jillian Michaels recommends having the weekend as a break, so doing it 5 times a week.
-
We should! I did it for 28 days and then gave up. It would be nice to try it again. :) I'm hoping I can fit in a run tomorrow! Finger's crossed.
-
Week 7 looks hard! Good luck you guys. I'll be with you soon, I'm sure!
-
Didn't get a chance to go this morning either! Ahh. I also might have to skip next week running, I have no time to even do my reading next week for my courses, I have such a busy schedule. I'm going to stick with this though as I have come so far, but it looks like I'll always be a week behind you guys from now on.
-
Well done everyone! My third run will have to be tomorrow as I was so tired this morning that I had a lay in.
-
I stalled too on weight loss for a while and then I lost weight this week! I'm trying to stay positive, other people say they notice it. I'm only fitting into smaller clothes. But still don't see a huge difference in the mirror, maybe we are our biggest critics?! A. W6D2 completed 20/10/11 B. The run was tiring, I wanted…

Hi, I'm not missing... Thank you for your concern! I completed W6D1 on Monday and I posted my stats in the week 5 group as the week 6 one wasn't up yet! I was so busy yesterday I didn't get time to go running, so I'm going this morning instead.
-
a. W6D1 completed 17/10/11 b. The run was tiring, I so badly just wanted to quit and give up. But I pushed through because we're all doing this together and the group really motivated me so I could post that I have completed the run. c. Improve my motivation - maybe change my playlist, run a different route.
-
A. W5D3 done 14/10/11 B. The run was better than expected. I got two stitches but managed to breathe my way out of tremendous pain! I also ran past a hot television presenter in the UK, on the last minute of my run. Really not my best moment!! :blushing:
-
Well done Felicia, that's very inspirational!

a. W5D2 done b. The run was fine, but I was very worn out after it was finished. I really wanted the last run to be over sooner!
-
I'm doing it at the moment, I'm on day 28. I have had no rest days at all. I've had no aches or pains either.
-
Ugh, so not looking forward to day 3!
