Insanity - when did you see inches or weight loss?
I've been doing insanity for two weeks and I don't seem to have lost any inches or weight (I think my scale isn't reliable), I thought I would at least see an inch off by now. I'm wondering if I should start running also at the same time. When did everyone else start to see a change?

Lost Weight - at 130/120 lbs - Belly Button?
So I have noticed that just above my belly button there is a small inward dent that's appeared. It's about as big as the tip of my little finger. Does anyone else have this? I've never had it before because I've never been this skinny in my life. But it just seemed so weird when I first noticed it!
