We had really good numbers for both Friday and Saturday. Friday before the double we turned in 214.98 miles x2 = 429.96!!! Then yesterday we pulled off a 212.9. Our best day was 221.34 (Wednesday). Today was my 15k run! I ended up with about a 1067 burn today. I am sure if I brought my phone w/ the tracker it would have been more accurate. I haven't been on for several days and I have lots to log. This morning I had a race so 9.3 run and a 1 mile walk. Yesterday, I walked 2.2 miles with a 1 mile run. Thursday, I had a 0.75 mile run and a 2 mile bike ride. My ticker is finally updated also. I am pretty positive that I will be passing my goal this month :)

The first measurements happen to be done the last week of June. That week should count as the start week or week 1. Last week was the first week of July but says week 2 because it was your second measurements. Monday will be the 2nd week of July but your third week of measurements. It just depends on how you want to look…
