It really depends on your base fitness level and your current running levels. There are a ton of different different training plans out there if you search google or Pinterest.

I am so sorry but I am officially taking time away from this challenge to have time to focus on me. I have enjoyed running this challenge for the last 2+years and I am sure I will be back later to form the challenge again. Again sorry
