    After looking at my January fitbit miles I am adjusting my goal to 215 for February

    2/1 - 5.74 miles
    2/2 - 1.38
    2/3 - 7.38
    2/4 - 7.73

    Ok, I'm in for this one! I've got 3 miles from Feb 1. I'm working to transition from walking to running. This will help get me moving more.
