You can determine the time based on your fitness level 30 seconds would be the low end and 3 mins for the higher end. I plan on doing 1.5 mins for my holds. Please use the same time all week though and tell the group how long you are holding them for.

I played a little with the spread sheet and will be putting all of our team totals on that daily. If you are intersted to see what everyone did here it is. I will update it daily. 4.9 mile family bike ride this afternoon. I am upping my goal to 75 like I had it last month. If I keep this up I might even be able to pass that.

I did my 100 push ups yesterday. When does our week from? I am not sure if I am going to get all 400 in for this week if it is Monday like most challenges are.

It is after midnight for me so it is due time for me to go to sleep Team WTF (witness the fitness) July 1st = 9027 calories = 180.54 miles rowed away from the coast of the UK We are currently working with a crew of 12 for our first day and are hoping that we pick up our other three sometime soon.

I just thought I would tell you ladies that I decided that I was happy with my 50 push ups. I have so much going on and several challenges that I run and it is all adding up. For July I decided I to focus more. Thanks for all the encouragement and support during my 6 weeks.

kamk16- my final goal is 125 also LOL tamsanger -- I am just over 2 weeks in and am down 2 pounds and just over 2 inches. However, I can see the differences! I have anotherr friend that is down 6 pounds though in the same time!
