I've lost a few kg doing it, and I think many others have successfully as well. Just make sure you also incorporate some exercise in the mix as well (cardio and strength). At the very least, I think it will greatly improve your knowledge on nutrition which is a great step in making healthier choices in the long term Good…

For me, it's my legs, arms, face, chest, then my stomach. It's abit annoying cause ATM I have super muscular legs n arms but still abit of fat on my belly :P

I eat around 1800cal per day, which is around my BMR. I would say the volume I eat is still a lot, its just the food I eat is not very calorie dense. I eat close to a 2lb in greens every day ;P.

I count everything.... But its fairly easy cause my diet is very consistent, and most of the ingredients I used are already cut up and stored in separate containers... I just weigh it,chuck it in, shake it up and eat it :P
