I love the Nutrition tab on the phone app. It allows you to see the grams OR the percentage. I do pay more attention to the grams: try to stay under my carbs, eat to my protein and let the rest be fat. I usually eat under 15g of carbs a day. I feel so much better when I do.

I did Optimal Keto for awhile and stalled. Too much protein. I didn't gain, but no loss for awhile. I backed off the protein and upped my fat and now I'm losing again. I was in a stall due to work stress. I also had upped my protein to 90G a day. My weight loss just stopped. Recently I changed my macros to 75%F / 20%P / 5%C and upped my calorie intake. I'm losing like a fiend! I don't have that much more to go now. I think you have to confuse your body once in a while. Mix it up.

A big part of my reason for choosing this way of eating was the cancer outcomes. Sounds like you've got lots of great ideas! I have been eating the same thing for breakfast since I started this WOE and I have yet to get tired of it. My tummy growls every morning as I go downstairs to make it: 2 scrambled eggs in 1 tbls butter top with sour cream and siracha. It is INCREDIBLE.

You need to give it time. Your diary looks good except for when you go over on the carbs. Try to stay under 20 at first (If possible), that will insure your ketosis. For pants, one size down I keep, wear a belt until that doesn't work anymore. If they look too baggy and are falling off, I give them to Goodwill or Durham Rescue Mission. I will not keep "fat" clothes!!!
