Okay tried the jumping jacks, push ups, crunches, plank completed the jacks, got about 10 good push up, crunches completed plank only 15 sec. Plan to continue these exercises thru out the challenge and improve greatly '

Almonds are mine go to a friend of mine told me how they fit in because they have good fat and protein. I have found Pumpkin Spice ones that are very yummy and have these when I am wanting something sweet.

I don't really have an issue with pushers, but I know what you are talking about. My issue is that I can not say no to myself, I am the pusher. Actually my holiday went well no cooking father in law took us out for Thanksgiving and I did pretty well. It was the days after that weren't the greatest (food wise), but I can't dewell on what I did wrong I choose to focus on what I did right. This week I am trying to stay within my calories by eating better nutrient wise or adding exercise. Wish me luck haven't been doing to bad so far, but the weekend is comng up which is usually my downfall.
