  • I don't have this problem yet (I'm in Australia and it's summer) but I'm wondering too how well I'll go with c25k and running once the days are shorter? I guess the only solution will be to do it in the morning before work but I'm really not a morning person!
  • Running man is killer! I have to admit I don't put my arms as high as they do, I more do "jazz hands" hehe. One thing that helps me get through running man is doing it around the flat, rather than on the spot. I'm doing Day 2 tonight....
  • Did day 1 last night - it's such a great workout! I get so sweaty compared to all the other exercise I do (even more sweaty than running). I hope I can stick at it and get through the whole 4 weeks!
