  • Don't think it's too bad but it does use quite a lot of olive oil. I love spanokopita and I think you can probably google the recipes...I use frozen chopped spinach, chopped spring onion and feta cheese. Wrap in filo pastry and brush them with egg yolk and bake! Don't think that is the traditional recipe though...if you…
  • bump. Like this.
  • Good timing! Just answered it in my post above you! Tiffany
  • It's great when you want to get in a workout 30 minutes or less. I did the Shred and lost about 10 lbs and inches all over. I do them now whenever I can't squeeze in a full hour workout. Jillian Michales kicks your *kitten* hard in those 30 minutes...if you stick with it, you'll see awesome results. You should be able to…
  • For real?! Ohhhhhhh that just made my night. Hehe Thanks guys!
  • I might just do a 45 min cardio while you're doing the Shred. It's quite intense even if it's just 30 minutes. Well, 27 to be exact. I was quite tired the first 10 days but I did incorporated some walking. Then the next 20 days, I walked around 3 x a week and that wasn't too bad.
  • I don't know how you'd do it...I love bread...I love carbs. I tried cutting it out in the past but like you, I was craving it so much and when I caved, I caved all the way...and then gain back all the weights. I don't think it's good to cut out food groups so I'd say give in to your cravings once in a wow but don't go…

  • Where are you in the UK? I live in London so I get it from Japan Centre but they have a website that delivers in the UK I think. http://www.japancentre.com/ Shirataki noodles is actually really good to make noodle soup or stir fry noodles with because it really absorbs whatever the sauce you use. It is super low calories…
  • It's an amazing workout! Jump started my weight loss journey. Load of people have gotten great results from it, myself included! Stick with it and you'll love how you look after 30 days =)
  • My HRM! Totally best purchase of 2011!
  • Today's weight: 140.4. At this rate, I'm not going to hit my target of 135...let alone 130...so I guess I'll have to aim at 138 next week... Still happy though!
  • She has a program called 30 Day Slimdown which incorporates all three DVDs: Shred, BFBM and NMTZ. I think it's good to do 30 Day Shred first because it'll get you used to her style and prepared for her other DVDs. Slimdown was hard but I didn't get radical results like the Shred. I agree with others on BFBM, it is…
  • I secretly want to be a hip hop dancer...
  • Yeah...the night I caved and bought some...thoroughly disappointed and it gave my bloated tummy. So not worth it..
  • Sorry...I didn't really have anything to add cuz everyone already said what I wanted to say...I just got excited cuz I'm from Ukiah!! I live in London now but I get excited when I meet people from Mendo! Sorry to barge in..
  • We eat a lot of this in Taiwan. You can get it in quite a few restaurants...my mom used these noodles to make chow mein and stuff. Very filling and I think it's quite yummy but a lot of people can't get past the texture...it is somewhat...crunchy...is the best way I can put it. But yeah, almost calorie free!
  • Yesterday in spin class, girl next to me talking on her phone 5 minutes before the class starts, said to whoever's on the other line, 'yeah girl, I'm in a spin class. I know it's hardcore but I'm totally up for it. No I know, right, I'm gonna be like sweating and stuff, I know! I'm gonna look so good and stuff!' Fair…
  • It is hard, not gonna lie. I didn't see any visible results till about 20 days in and within the 20 days, I lost, gained, lost and gained. I think taking measurements and pictures are probably what's worked for me. I take a picture every 15 days and then compare it so I can see the differences. I do mental speeches a…
  • I caved...I bought fish and chips for dinner tonight...however...I burned like 800kcal today so I feel less guilty!
  • Haha, you wanna trade? I miss California so much! Whoever's in Cal, I'll trade you some fish & chips for In & Out!!
  • If you are going to spend some time in London, you will no doubt be in Central London somewhere so if you find yourself in Soho/off Oxford Street area (big shopping area), check out Golden Union Fish Bar on Poland Street. It's really clean and the fish is so fresh, you actually see them fry to order. I used to go there…
  • You get mackerels in your chip shop?! I'm so jealous!!!
  • OP meant these chunky fries we get here in the UK, almost like potato wedges... I think you should get some chips but have just a small handful to settle your cravings. Otherwise, you'll just think about it more and then eat more than you really want later on... now I want some chips...
  • That is so good to hear...my doctor gave me this 'you should think of alternatives' look when she said I probably have a very difficult time getting pregnant...it killed me...but good to know that it can be fixed w/o meds!
  • Did the Slimdown program. It was good but BFBM doesn't get rotate in as often so you might have to do some light cardio on toning days. Good luck!
  • Thanks guys!! I really do hope so...I'm 31 in two weeks..and I really want to start a family next year...we'll see... what's an OV watch?!
