Right, checking in! I yoyo'ed again this week..on Friday, I was 135.8. I did 30DS, No More Trouble Zone and Banish Fat. Loved the Shred, it was the first DVD I picked up when I started on MFP, really changed my body. I then did her Slimdown Plan which incorporated the Shred, NMTZ and BFBM. Kicked my *kitten*. NMTZ was straight toning for 55 minutes. BFBM is total cardio blast, I hate them…

I'm from the States but I live in London and I am SICK OF IT ALL! The only thing I'm happy about is the four-day weekend but we're going to a different wedding... If I have to see Kate Middleton's face one more time on the front page of everything...I'm going to flippppp out!

I buy a lot of chicken....normally whole chicken. I roast them with lots of fresh herbs/lemons and *shock* some cold butter (shove it between the skin and the meat...it really makes the meat tasty)! I don't really understand why people say they're are burning massive calories doing kettlebell workouts...I'm doing JM's Shred it with weights as well and I use a 15lb kettlebell. In 30 minutes, at best I burn 175kcal! Last night I only burned 145! Is there something wrong with my HRM??

Okay, I've done both and this is my opinion: Zumba: So fun. You're dancing and sweating and the music is awesome. If you have a fun instructor it adds even more to the fun factor. You can burn quite a lot of calories I think but I've never measured it with a HRM. I enjoyed it but I don't think I pushed myself hard enough…

Wow, that's a topic you don't see everyday! I've only had shark sashimi...or seared ones...if it's really fresh, I think it tastes the best when it's 'less' prepared. But if it's not fresh, grill it like a tuna steak!

Haha, I'm with you there. I take spin class twice a week. I have to really psyche myself to do it each time. I love it but I hate it all at the same time. I wish I could say I feel amazing after but usually I feel drained and wet and my legs feel like marshmellows...

that's a hard one...French cooking can contain quite a lot of butter but at the same time, they often cook food from scratch so it can be healthier than processed food. Can you describe some of the things you ate and I can try to help out? Also portion control. Big big on portion control.
