I am 5'1 my original starting weight before mfp: 223 my starting weight on mfp: 205 my current weight: 195 I would ultimately like to get down to 130 and then go from there.

it is not as painful as it sounds. the worst that will happen is you'll fell crampy as if you just started your period. it's not the worst feeling ever, but it is uncomfortable. ibuprofen or Advil definitely helps. good luck.
