  • I am on week 4 of the Alpha program. I would say that the hardest one is the Total Body Circuit! I would suggest that you stay with it. Combine it with a sensible meal plan and the weight will come off. So far I have lost almost 10 lbs. Good Luck!
  • I am on level 1 day two and I thought that it would not be a huge challenge. Adding the weights into my workout was just what I needed. Never thought 5lb weights could make such a difference.
