if you copy the link and open it you should automatically be able to see it and ive left it open so anyone can edit it also...0 -

on friday the 30th we will all post our starting weight in pounds.. i will then set a weekly challenge and the following friday we weigh in first thing in the morning when we are empty.. we will then record our new weigh and our loss/gain.. there will will mini challenges set on a daily basis these are optional..
on friday ill post on my page that the challenge has been set so that everyone knows...0 -

well guys the time is here for our CHALLENGE!!!! (we have 7 weeks to make ourselves EVEN more foxy)
hope you all signed in on the spreadsheet and added your starting weight and your hopeful finish weight..
for the next 7 days...
have a least 2 herbal teas every day... if you dont have herbal have boiled water and lemon. :sad: :sad:
eat AT LEAST 5 fruit/veg everyday..
cut out salt as much as possible (try other herbs ect while cooking in place of salt)
drink your 8 glasses of water a day(this is very important)
add 15 mins of exercise to your daily routine for 3 days if you dont exercise and if you already exercise on a daily basis add an extra 5-10 mins to your routine)
thats it... easy peasie for week 1
there will also be daily mini challenges set by you guys.. ill send one of u a message the night before so that you have one prepared.. this way we all get to set a challenge
i would like to ask everyone if they can to take a picture of yourself( you dont have to post it) before you start and when were finished you can compare..
