Congratulations on your hardwork & commitment!!!

In my opinion, if you eat within your BMR & TDEE you should begin to lose weight. Although, I would suggest consuming only 15% reduction of your TDEE and you should see some changes. All the very best:))

All, feel free to add me.....I WILL be honest and will look at your food/exercise diary from time to time and WILL comment. I have 24lbs to lose by 10th December 2012 (goal weight 9.7st). I exercise about 4-5 time per week and enjoy it. I eat as healthily as possible but, I do have the odd treat factored in (the treat is…

Your body will adapt over time....keep with your program. Warm up for 5 mins before Lifting (either crosstrainer, treadmill, or jumping jacks etc) - only do static stretches after a workout not before. Ensure that you fuel up (eating & drinking) correctly after your workout. Ensure you have good form when Lifting and stop…

Hello, I'll be 40 in April 2013...I have the odd aches and pains but nothing to major - but would be happy to cheer on and motivate anyone that needs encouragement (as long as they are trying of course

Hi Jess, its great to be able to look back and reflect.. to say "hey, I need to fix this" and stop putting up with the same results. Time goes by so quickly, so much so that the body gets used to us giving in to our cravings, making it so much harder to correct things over time....but our over indulgences can be overcome…

I would recommend concentrating on YOU. Forget the others around you, concentrate on getting the best out of your workout. The biggest hurdle of getting fit is getting to the mindset that you need to change things. You are halfway there; don't put it off any longer :)) Enjoy your fitness journey.

I think you know you are doing too much  Exercise should be something that you can sustain which I doubt you could for another 5-6 weeks. If you were a professional athlete (maybe training for the Olympics) then of course you would have a busy schedule (which you do)!. I love exercising too but quantity is not…

I really enjoy baking, Cakes especially - I really like the before and after (process of baking) So I have to really deny myself but, I enjoy looking at food blogs (which helps as I can see their befores and afters and not have to eat it). I have been making Sourdough Pancakes recently which I restrict to 2-3 pancakes.

Just do you, forget others that want to constantly stuff themselves with junk. Be your own person, love you and your body - its not a dress rehearsal.

Hi, I did a Spinning class today. I try and do them twice a week. Its a great calorie burn (for me between 500-600 cals). You can go at your own pace. Once you have settled into a couple of Spin classes, try and push yourself a bit further. The class incorporates hill climbs and sprinting as well as motivating music (loud…

Maltesers, Curly Wurlyies, chocolate cake.......but I do not miss them anymore as I'm weaning myself of white sugar, white rice, potatoes and white pasta.
-
I baked with Pure Via this week (Protein Muffins). I was surprised that there was no bitter after taste. One tbsp is just 2 calories-v-20 calories for white sugar. There was a special offer on at the local supermarket so, I purchased two boxes.
