Yes, the week I lost the 10lbs I barely ate any carbs. you're right tho, I guess it is a good amount of weight loss and i'm just focusing too much on it. It all takes time to learn what works best for you. Thanks for all your input!

I had a guy pee in the bushes in front of my house after a date and he didnt think I saw.. then lost his keys.. he was very drunk and didnt remember anything that had happened the next day. That was one of the good dates I had been on lol JK I've had really bad ones!

Oh am I used to saying no lol since the day I decided to watch what I eat (I dont like to say diet) We have had donuts, pastries, breakfast burritos, cupcakes.. you name it and its been in the office and I have not once endulged but when it comes to family time either I have to not join them anymore or have my semi cheat…

I just got an UP24 with my co-worker so we can see what eachother is doing and its really helping because every day it keeps us motivated to do as many steps as we can when we see the other really diong well. Its good motivation.. although I think she's putting hers on her dog cause she gets way too many steps HAHA jk..…

I try to hike everyday! I try to mix it up so that sometimes its more flat to jog and sometimes its more of an up to walk. I really love hiking.

Thanks, I can tell my energy level is up and I feel better eating healthy so that keeps me going :) plus I'm starting to really enjoy exercise.
