I'm 5'2 and last time I checked using an online calculator it was 24.7%( my scale said the same thing so I'm guessing it's right) I'm currently around 23% now.. My goal is 17-21% Anyone with similar goals feel free to add me! (:

I consider myself healthy(: ! I net 1500-1600. Workout 5-7 days, lift 1-3 days per week Love to run although I've recently developed shin splints ): And I've been losing about a pound per week. I have a couple... 1. Peanut butter. Preferably crunchy jiff (: After a couple days of not having it, I go crazy.. And usually ends in peanut butter binges. Lol 2. Bread. I make a lot of sandwiches 3. Cheesecake. Forget all the other desserts I can't live without cheesecake. 4 pizza. Love it

If you want me to be honest, if you don't have much to lose then don't expect to lose 8lbs in 4 weeks. I have about 13lbs to lose from my freshman year as well and so far I've lost 5lbs and it's been over a month. Why are you eating below your bmr? That is going to screw my your metabolism up If it hasn't already. My bmr is 1260 ish and I'm netting 1500-1600 and I have a lower bmr than you. And am still losing a pound per week
