Is working out 4x a week plus lifting weights enough? I run 2 days for around 45 minutes slow pace And elliptical the other 2 days for 50 mins- moderate effort Sometimes I only work out 2-3x a week?? & I use resistance weights at a local gym.. and sometimes Free weights Is this enough to lose some lbs?
