Calling all " diet pro's"

I don't think what I'm doing is cutting it..

I can't really tell if I'm losing. My measurements are pretty
Much the same and my scale is messed up. This is my fourth week of eating healthy and exercising

I just want to see some real progress..In either measurements or weight!

Should I stick with my current intake a little longer, or lower it?
My intake is 1600. 120lbs and 5'2

*the 2lb loss was from upping cals to maitenance for a couple weeks, and lowering it
Again. Water weight /:

Healthy weight ranges are quite large so it's understandable if she still wants to lose. I'm in the healthy range, the middle of it, but I'd like to be on the lower end of it.

    How much are you exercising?

    Exactly. I'm borderline average/overweight.
I'm exercising 4x a week, and lifting weights

I was the same height and weight a couple years ago and I found it very hard to get any lower than the 120's if it's an appearance thing forget the scale many people will tell you that....work on toning because when people look at you they aren't going to see your scale number.....

    Yup.
Anyway, cutting calories may not be appropriate in this situation.

Seeing things like this -- 'Fit into my size 0 pants comfortably!
Have a size 26-28 inch waist <3' really make me wonder. -laughs- She even PMed me to thank me for my 'rudeness'. I could understand if she was like, "Hey, I'm thin, but I want to tone up and lose inches! Help!" I could understand that, but this I don't really understand. I've been at her goal weight, and I'm taller, and I just fcking looked dead, and this was BEFORE I was physically ill. If you want to see my photos, go look in my profile, top is 108 lbs, and the bottom is just before surgery at 163 lbs. Really, see if that's the look you want for yourself.

Before i gained all this weight, I was actually 108 for 6 years, and I didn't look
Gauntly nor did I have an eating disorder. Sorry if I phrased my question wrong.
I do have my weight loss goals posted but I also want to be fit and muscular.!
