Is working out 4x a week plus lifting weights enough?
I run 2 days for around 45 minutes slow pace
And elliptical the other 2 days for 50 mins- moderate effort
Sometimes I only work out 2-3x a week??
& I use resistance weights at a local gym.. and sometimes
Free weights
Is this enough to lose some lbs?
What do you recommend

I am so not an expert! But from what I read, it looks like resistance/weight work helps you boost metabolism yet there is no need to do that every day. But doing different cardio even everyday seems to be helpful.0
