All of you make a pretty good point. I get the part about eating Healthier and resulting in lower calories but what about the people that eat relatively healthy And they start dieting and are full off a severely low amount. People that have 60lbs to lose should not be eating that little.

Before i gained all this weight, I was actually 108 for 6 years, and I didn't look Gauntly nor did I have an eating disorder. Sorry if I phrased my question wrong. I do have my weight loss goals posted but I also want to be fit and muscular.!

I see questions like this all the time. It's one thing to ask what your doing wrong if your eating enough an exercising But it's just ridiculous to eat such a low amount and then wonder why they feel like crap and aren't losing. Personally I think it's common sense. Shock like that is not good for the body nor healthy.
