So glad to see that there are actually people on here that care about their health! I'm also eating 1600 cals ! I couldn't imagine eating anything lower than 1300 lol Makes me feel like crap.

I eat 2000cals and I'm 5'2 Your metabolism is not solely dependent on height, but weight and exercise as well.

I think your body uses the stored fat for energy.. Then is excreted out of the body.. Just a wild guess. I really have no clue. Lol interesting topic though

Same thing happened to me. I bumped mine up and am slowly losing Which is probably the right speed since I only have 10lbs to lose. I think you should definitely bump cals up to 1500. Enough with this 1200 cal epidemic lol I'm saying this from my own personal experience, it's way to hard to Keep under that amount…

Honestly, I don't know your stats but you should be eating well above 1200 to lose weight If you are that active. I was on a 1200 cal diet for about 2-3 months And only lost 5 lbs.. And gained it back because it was hard to maintain. If you like to eat I really encourage you to eat more. Once I upped my cals to maintenance…

If you know your not going to eat dinner I would recommend you eat a big lunch.. Or a bunch of snacks to reach your cal intake..

I really think you should up your net cals, and here's why.. For about a month straight I was eating 1200cals and had a net of 800 cals. It screwed my metabolism up big time. I definitely know what your feeling. I bought this really sexy suit.. Dressy slacks and cute matching jacket Around last year. I can barely squeeze my legs into them..
