It's soooo yummy. I love the thicker consistency and the tanginess. I also love using plain as a substitute for sour cream. or making homemade parfaits with thawed frozen fruit and granola. Scored a really good deal on Dannon light & fit greek and yoplait 100 calorie greek this week, set for a while! :)

Truth! If I go, I get the 10oz sirlion, broccoli, and veg medley. 760 calories isn't too bad but holy hell the sodium is outrageous.

poptarts.. I used to eat them every morning for breakfast. 400 calories a pack! and how the hell is 2 (double stuf) oreos a serving? I would sit and eat a dozen at a time with a huge glass of milk.. 70 calories each plus 16+ oz of milk.

I like in Maryland, USA. There isn't much as far as weird foods. Summer here is all about blue crabs, tomatoes, corn on the cob, and beer. We have scrapple though which is pretty heart clogging as far as breakfast meats go. And we eat soft crab sandwiches.. mmm.

Based on my ideal body fat %, my goal is ~140. I think I am a bit bigger framed. I still have quite a bit to go so we'll see the closer I get to that number. :)

your fat, protein, fiber, and carbs go up when you adjust for exercise. the sodium and sugar (i think) still stay the same.

I don't really hate much bad food. It's more like.. I'd rather eat other things than reach for them. Like hotdogs or chicken nuggets. Thankfully I don't crave much bad food anyways. And if I do, I work it into my daily calories instead of bingeing.

There are many bodies I *wish* I could have but knowing my body shape, it's easy to guess what I *will* look like when I approach my goal weight. I'll have to say lena Dunham is a role model for me in that.. small bust, pear shaped. It doesn't hurt that I'm obsessed with her show, Girls.

I'm currently obsessed with using hummus as sandwich spread.. we either get garlic lover's (aldi) or spinach artichoke (sabra). YUM. Also the kraft sandwich shop mayos are good.. there's a reduced fat garlic herb one I'm loving, and I don't even notice that it's light. Gonna have to try the laughing cow wedges idea.. yummm.

Just finished the Hunger Games trilogy, now re-reading Idlewild by Nick Sagan because I finally picked up the other two books and need a refresher before getting into them!

I have about 65lbs more to lose and would like to accomplish that by the end of spring semester / mid-May 2013. I don't think it's attainable with the rate I'm going but at least 50 lost by then would be awesome!
