If you go up a size, don't throw double flared jewelry in, it will damage you ear. Stick with single flared jewelry when going larger.

If you want to stay at your size, silicone eyelets are great, or single flared plugs ( the kind with an o-ring on the back). To tighten up a little bit so your jewelry doesn't continually fall out, take the jewelry out when you sleep. It will help the hole close up a bit.

I usually only eat travel-friendly things like granola bars but while on a long drive I had a bag of ranch sunflower seeds on my passenger seat and was nomming them and on TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS have had to hard brake and send them flying all over my floor. DOH.

I'm inbetween 5'4"-5'5" and my goal is 140lbs. I got my BF% calculated at the gym which led me to figure out my lean body mass, 117lbs. I multiplied that by 20% which is the recommended BF% for women (the trainer suggested) and came to right around 140. I would suggest getting your BF% calculated to find what is healthiest…

I know a lot of folks are anti-diet soda, but at walmart there's this cherry limeade flavored..soda? It's 0 calories and so freaking good. I've been craving some lately, haven't had it for a while. Really tasty, and I'm picky over diety aftertastes. Under $1 for a 2L bottle too.

I like it plain, but also dress it up with some apricot preserves or even apple butter sometimes. SO good.

13 weeks here and down 23 lbs.. 1.5 ish lbs a week?

12 lbs. At the beginning I had about 105 to lose. I would say the closer you are to goal weight the slower it comes off. Now I'm at 7-10 lbs/month.

To go to the gym faithfully twice a week! & to get to 212 by the end of the month (221.4 right now).

Maybe if the oatmeal was room temp.. I don't think I could stomach anything warmer than refrigerated yogurt! I think I'll stick to adding a bit of granola to my yogurt..

Oatmeal!! The kind I've been buying (Better Oats Good n Hearty classic) is nice whole oats with flax seeds. I do half milk half water and it's sooooo good and creamy and filling.

So much easter ham!! It wouldn't be so bad if the sodium wasn't through the roof. Also snickers, reeses, and butterfinger eggs have all found their way into my house. :x

I treat myself to good chocolate. 6 squares of chocolove dark chocolate is ~160 calories and is substantial enough for me to feel like I'm not depriving myself. I also like good strawberry or other fruit preserves mixed into a serving of cottage cheese. Someone a little while ago suggested heating up a fiber one 90 cal…
