The weekends are a endless battle I struggle here and there some weekends are better then others. I find my self finding other things to do on the weekends. If you do work out in the evening an find it hard to relax, they do suggest to take a warm bath or shower before going to bed. I do this every now and again and it works great. If I do find myself working out in the evening.

I was blessed with two veggie and fruit eaters thank goodness I love having my garden whether it is a bucket garden or a plowed garden the tates is so much better. My grandma use have one and my mom I remember being really little and helping them it was fun.

I agree with the above quote! but I also have adjusted my goals and put in what was suggested for me to do and for the most part I am right on target as long as I don't get off track and eat things I shouldn't be eatting. Not sure what I would give up have not drank for many years kicked the smoking habbit last year and been doing really well for the fourth time around for quieting. I may just give up meat durning lent and eat other stuff.

Just thinking of that makes me hungry mmmmm yummy. I like making baked bean bread.. but yes baked beans are very good for you just wish I could get my family to eat more, that and my S/O he is allergice to some beans. So I don't buy them as much as I should.:sad:

I know even going to a store to buy the prepackaged salads or out to eat the salad that they put more then one serving into some of them such as the prepackage salad at the store they are like 4 servings. Just becarful. I am not perfect by any means I just know that some places serve up more then they should.

LOL love the analogy! I use crasines or cinnamon for mine when I have it if not I blend it up into a smoothie. I will sometimes add other fruit as well.
