I have started doing HIT (high intensity training) It works really well it defines your body and redistributes it/tones it. If I had a choice though I would rather have a little more boob though LOL I have toned what I have up and they are not as big :ohwell:

My favorite is Golds Gym on the WII that is the best one I have found that I really like for the WII I hear Dance Fit is pretty good as well. Good luck to you

Everyones is diffrent but I would say you are on target if you are not seeing the results you want you may have to adjust or modiefy a few things Good luck to you

1) Carbohydrates 2) Calories 3) Fiber 4) Fat 5) Sugar 6) Sodium I try to watch everything I can, exercise is part of that but of late I have been figuring in that last after I am all done with my food intake of the day. I want to see where I am before and after and see if I am on target or way off.

I am a peanut butter junky every now and then I limt myself to no more then the two tablspoons and nothing more. Some days I could eat a whole jar of it lol and then other days like today I haven't touched I am sorta tired of it. Good luck only thing you can do is limt or don't buy any for a while

I like frozen or fresh veggies if I can I will use can if I have to but the last few times I have purchased canned they just didn't tastes the same. Fresh/homemade is best but when you can't do that we have to lean toward other options. Good luck to you

I like my Herbalife 24 line smoothies I make on my work out daysI just add a couple tablespoons of oatmeal and some fruit with a little cinnamon. Then on other days it just depends on what mood I am in and what type of Herbalife smoothie I use.

I would suggest plenty of fluides and try and stick with calorie count but if you can't or feel sick I would add a little something to your diet. They normal tell you these things when one donates.
