One of the books I bought was Fast Lane to Fitness By Robbert Kennedy and Dwayne Hines II it was a really good Musclemag. I learned a lot fromt he book. It was also captions with The Busy Womean's Guide to Building A Sleek Physique In a Limited Amount of Time.

I just started BBC almost 6 weeks ago. 3 days a week and we switch it up so it keeps me motivated as for I don't like doing the same thing over and over I get board. I am also thinking about doing jazzercise 2 days a week

That dose sound really good, however I have never had any luck with Turkey hamburger meet it tastes strange to me like nastey strange but I can eat Turkey bacon. I will have to check it out though Thank you again for sharing

I LOVE FOOD!!!! I love to eat and cook, and bake it. I will just find way's to improve my way of eatting with the foods I love to eat so much.

I will use MFP every day if I can just to see where I am even after my goal. With out the help and support of MFP friends and some of my other friends I don't think I would be where I am at. an I owe it to them to help them and to help others that come along that want help and support.

I hate working out on cold and hot days. But with MFP and BBC (Body Boot Camp) I enjoy that I have reall good friend to work out with and don't feel like a third wheel. They are all estimates everyone is diffrent and it goes up and down with your weight and how long nothing is set in stone and 100%. I know I am doing something when I can see the results and see my clothes falling off or getting tighter

I myself if I need a quick on the go meal I have some type of Salad in a salad shaker cup with dressing on the side you could add crasisns, nuts, cheese, egg's, meat what every you like. Play with your food that I what I am told till you find something that works

I would of been a little pissed myself. Mine always says I know you are working towards it but I don't see it myself or I will ask him again in a few weeks and he will say I see it in your jeans... which is nice but in truth I don't think he really dose see it.

If you are looking to do Cardio try doing HIT

It work's for me as for I get board doing the same thing and I have to switch it up I do HIT 3 days a week and then my off days I walk or do weights/boxing. If you find the routine you are doing becomes too easy up the weight and reps.

Everyone is different play with your food and diet and adjust as you go if you find it works for you stick with it. If not adjust it. I know on the days I have HIT I am starving and can’t get enough to eat so those extra calories burn come in handy. I rarely go over but there are times that I do. Just play with your food…

I agree age is only a state of mind. I too draw the line at certain items of clothing and just have come to a conclusion it doesn’t look good on me or not for me. I am 40 and I like to think outside of the box my Hair is different colors on any given day.
