Yes and No depends on if I am hungry or not I try to limt myself before going to bed. Some say you should others say you shouldn't. I do what I feel is right for my body

If you work out late in the evening I would suggest taking a warm bath afterword as for it will help you sleep. I guess I wouldn't do a real heavy work out I would do something light but that is just me.

I do free weights/ along with outher weight training I have a weight bench in the basement along with a diffrent serious of free weights I work with those at least two to 3 days a week.

The trainer I have we work out in combo's I do HIT or scupleting work outs 3 day's a wek the other days is either walking or free weight training or boxing. I will even jump on the WII as well. I do the boot camp we do a lot of the HIT and circut training. and then on my off days I do other types of work outs.

I know many like the underwire my trainer she wears two one with a under wire and one with out. I myself buy the atheletic shirts with the built in sports bra or I lean towards adias or danskin

I am guessing it may be a digestive issue. What goes in must come out some how you many want to drink a little more water talk with a doctor.

There are a lot of scuplting videos on youtube that you can look into as well along with being weight training. Start slow good luck to you.

My husband even before we were married never acted like that he gets ribbed on all the time from his single guy friends but he still stands up for me and has ot problem with telling me or showing me that I am important when around his guy friends.

I fill it out as I go if I can if not I fill in some of things I know I have daily. But I do fill in dinner and all my snacks before bed time and log it in sorta helps me from eatting more then I should

Yes it is to be very good in helping Anxiety, depression along with some many other things, try telling someone who has depression or anxiety that exercise would help them and them you are crazy. It works differently for everyone Yoga is really good.

It dosen't matter what you say to them they either are on the band wagon or not. People ask me all the time what I do and how I am doing it and they are like that is so cool and are intrested for awhile then lose intrests
