I believe it all depends on what part of the plant you use. There is hemp rope that is perfectly legal. I have also bought hemp lotions before and seen hemp oil sold in stores.

For my first few days here I ate like normal but tracked it all to see where I was at on daily intake. I couldn't believe the numbers at the end of the day. btw.. I miss Noodles & Company Wisconsin Mac & Cheese (1000+ Calories)

There are but all they do is squish them. I am a 42DD and these babies are heavy! For many women the extra weight can cause serious back problems and constant pain. Thankfully I have not had that issue. I think the desire for a smaller chest or a larger chest is much like those with curly hair want straight hair and people…

Everyone is different. All the scientific formulas all the calculators are all just best guesses. Eating back your exercise calories is a big topic in these forums and everyone has their opinion on it. I personally always eat back most of my calories. If I didn't I would be very hungry and unhappy. It may work for a while…

allrecipes.com They have a section for healthy recipes, you can even filter by dietary needs. Low fat, Low Carb, High Fiber, etc. I have been able to futher reduce the calories in some recipes by using alternative ingredients than called for in the recipe.

I have had salmon only a few times at a buffet at the casino near me. I like it alot. Don't turn up your nose at the thought of buffet fish, its a very very good buffet. I recently bought some frozen salmon filets to try and make some myself. I don't have access to a grill so baking is my only real option. Keep the recipe…

I like mine plain. My mother likes all kinds of different things in hers, chives or pineapple were her favorites. I hated it when I was a kid and she would only buy the kind that had something in it. I prefer large curd 4%, but it is high in calories and fat and I can never just have 1 serving. So now I buy small curd fat…

Crystal Light is very good. I like the Peach Mango Green Tea. Only 10 calories.

I have always thought T'Pol and Hoshi are beautiful women.

Certainly not an expert here... I believe in order to get an accurate max HR you need to know your resting HR. I have a cheapo HRM. I get my resting HR I was told to wearing my HRM to bed and check my HR as soon as I woke up without moving around too much. This website has a calculator and an excel spreadsheet you can…

Hello All! I am a solitary practitioner in Minnesota. I was raised Catholic but even at a young age I knew I didn't believe what I was being taught. I have never belonged to a coven and my mother is the only other person I have worshiped with. She is a Reiki Master, the added energy of having my mother work on me is…

For things that aren't straight forward (walking, running, jogging, elliptical, etc.) I just create my own exercise and call it whatever I want instead of using the database. The name of something is far less important than being accurate on the calories burned. Speaking on which, beware of the MFP displayed calories…

^^^^^ Popcorn is great for those days you are very hungry and already close to your goal intake. Just a word of caution, I have noticed that if I have salted popcorn and weigh myself the next day I will have gained a few lbs. My guess is I'm just retaining water from all the salt.

PS: Livestrong is a great website. Lots of good reading there and they provide scientific references.

I use a lower end HRM that only gives average BPM and duration. Then use this formula in an excel spreadsheet to tell me calories burned. For me MFP has been WAY over what this formula says. Today for example I used the elliptical for 30 mins. MFP said 400+, this formula said 264. If you aren't good with math, don't let…

MMORPGs: EQ, SWG, EQ2, WOW, Aion, LOTRO PS3: Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age 2 I have the PS3 Move controllers but only have the basic Sports game that it came with. I like playing Bocce but its not a workout game, just fun. I am thinking about trying out The Fight: Lights Out.

My goal is 140. It's the high end of healthy BMI if you believe those charts, but I was that weight about 10 years ago so I know it looks good on me. I had dropped to 125-130 for a while and I looked too skinny.

You look beautiful! And you are very brave, I'm too scared to take before pictures in my underwear.

A trip to Victoria's Secret and buying lots of sexy nighties. Although now that I think of it, that may be more of a reward for my boyfriend than me.

I was also very active in high school. Cheerleading and gymnastics, also I walked everywhere since I didn't get a car until I was 18. After high school I gained some weight as well, from about 130 to 180. I stayed around 180 for several years. I am now 29 and I'm at 230, started at 242 when I began MFP a few weeks ago. At…

Wow. I'm not a runner but this just sounds like a recipe for a serious foot injury. Although as icy as the parking lot gets at my apartment, if this does work I would use it just to not fall on my butt trying to get to my car in the morning. I will have to monitor this thread to see what others have to say.

Trust the HRM. Gym equipment is just a general average.

The first week was rough for me as well, especially considering I was eating around 2000+ before. It got easier has my body adjusted to a lower intake. I originally set MFP for 2 lbs of loss per week and also had a 1200 goal. I adjusted to 1.5lbs per week and now have 1450. It is much easier to stick with and I feel less…

I also lost my beautiful kitty Luna. It has been almost 2 years now. It has been hard without her. She used to sleep at the foot of my bed each night. If I leave a blanket or something at the foot of the bed and kick it in the night I wake up thinking I kicked her. I am not sure how to post pics but when I figure it out I…

If can afford it, buy a good heart rate monitor. They have a feature that will tell you calories burned. If you are tight on cash, get a cheaper heart rate monitor that only tells you average heart rate and duration of workout. Either way you do need a heart rate monitor if you want a correct number. Then use Excel or pen…

If 1500 is the calories per day MFP has assigned you then I would try to stick to that. It calculates the daily intake you need to meet the goals you have set.
