I am still fat...I would neither kick a dog nor subject anyone to my body in spandex...plus I have never been a person that shows off the wares..... I am comfortable in my grungy clothes, plus there will come a time when I will have to purchase new workout clothes or be faced with my pants falling off. no sense in spending…

I think everyone has at least one attractive feature, that being said. I enjoy a lumberjack physique, strong forarms, teeth, curlyhair, and long eyelashes. BUT I have been alone for over 13yrs..so any guy that looks at me and smiles looks cute to me!

If you can go 30days, why stop there? I quit, let's see, almost 3 months ago. The changes to my body, and mental health have been incredible. Your dilema as to what to do on weekends will be tough to figure out. You may want to Volunteer,or take the opportunity to hang with some of those friends you haven't hung with because…

Just get better first. I would suggest that you skip the gym if you are coughing and such. Welcome. I had high blood pressure too, after 25lbs lost the doctor said I didn't need them anymore. Any weight you lose will be a good thing for your health. It was a big thing for me to start this healthy journey, but I really love the tools this site gives you to keep track. Read a bunch of the community board topics…

I will take aout 4 egg whites and one yoke, throw in a slash of cheese and make an omlette. I love eggs and this is delicious and not very high in calories. Lots of times I skip the yoke and just make it 5 whites...still yummy

you just gave your body a shock. It might rev up your system. If you get back on track and be tough for the next few days ,I venture to say it won't even be an issue. It's gonna happen.... don't fast. just eat really low fat healthy food..oh and exercise a bit more than usual the next couple days, you'll be fine
