thanks i appreciate all comments it really was 2.5 hrs a day of exercise and strick calorie count of 1200/day dont worry if you fall off the pace here and there just make it up the next week

ok got it now i look at these pics and still cant beleive its me in the before and especially the after hope this helps all of you get to where you want to be. if i can do it anyone can i was the most out of shape person i know now running 6 miles a day
