Is this where we need to be to post for week starting 3/2? Or have we moved onto another link? Strength training is this week's goal? Sorry I am out of it but my buddy and I haven't been doing much. Will be getting back into the swing of things this week...we both are doing better.

My starting weight on 1/5/09 was 232.5. I have not been able to keep up with postings here for about a week and it shows with my not being as motivated to stay on track. Weigh in on Friday was 227.5. I am getting back on track today. :happy: I don't know what goal to shoot for other than getting back on track...eating…

Today's check in weight is 223. I am so appreciative of how God is strengthening me during this time. It is not always easy but WELL worth it. Tried to account for every bite this week. Sure is an eye-opener!!! :glasses:

Thanks ivykivy - guess I didn't get into the right area to see where the calories burned showed up. I will use it as a point of reference for the 100 per mile. I think I calculated around 94 with 7 minutes for warm-up 5 for moderate walking and 5 for brisk walking. :flowerforyou: :smile: And yes, keep those knees up once…

Do you have the calories burned for the 1 mile walk? The 2 mile walk? With cool down for both? With no cool down? And for the stretching/strengthening portion? I emailed Leslie Sansone through her website and it has been 3 weeks with no response.

Love that city. We were there over the Thanksgiving holiday and got to eat at a pizzarie down on the dock. It is so beautiful at night and day there. But tooooo busy of a city for me. Love to visit but wouldn't want to live there! Had a wonderful time with my 4 grandchildren that came up while parents had a mini honeymoon…
