This is a great post. I can relate to all that is written. One thing that wasn't mention that always triggers a migraine for me is eating anything with red food coloring.

Try Leslie Sansone for one month. You can download a starter walk program from youtube and Walmart sells LS dvds for around 10 bucks each. That sounds awesome! I do office work for a living and I find most cube drones like myself dread the cardio machines at the gym. I think it is a confinement issue-after sitting in place all day, the last thing you want to do sit/stand stationed on a machine.

Just picked up a copy of "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" from the library. The author claims aerobics is overrated for fat loss and sides with the intensity is more important than duration crowd when it comes to cardio. Lots of good ideas coming from this thread...

Diet sodas of any kind screw up my appetite control-makes me crave sugar. For occasions, I use a small amount of 100% juice concentrate diluted with non-sodium club soda.

I'm going for 60 miles for the month of February( an extra day because of leap year!). Will try for 3 miles@day/6x a week. Gotta lose that weight......

1/25 – LS 3 mile bootcamp 1/26– N/A 1/27 – N/A 1/28 – N/A 1/29 N/A Total completed – 29 miles Left to complete – 15 miles Bad week, had the flu for 3 days. I will need to do 7.5 miles each for the next to day to make my goal-I don't think it's going to happen but I will try for 4 miles each day.
