I put a scoop of garden of life raw protein in my smoothies. I add bananas, blueberries, and almond milk to mask the taste. I have tried VegaOne but didn't care for it. Raw Protein has 80 calories, 17 grams of protein, and less than one gram of sugar. If I feel like something chocolate, I add some cacao powder.

When my bananas get ripe, I peel them, cut them up, and put them in baggies and place them in the freezer. I am a little over 1 lb heavier, but I am also using smaller weights. That's why it's a good idea to take measurements and just forget about the scale. Yeah right, yet I still check the scale. Ugh! Old habits are hard to give up!

Day 6 complete! I'm getting really bored with Level 1 and the same old routine. I can't wait for Level 2 to mix it up. Although, I may regret saying that. I don't really remember what Level 2 is like. I guess I will know in 5 days.

I started Day 1 last Friday and Day 2 on Saturday but then took a few days off because we had guests with a small baby staying with us. I just completed another day today. I'm not sure if I should start over and count it as Day 1 or Day 3. What would you do?
