it took me to lose 40lbs before i decided to get rid of anything. I'm still not down to my goal but i decided i'm not going back up in size so why keep them. And they didn't look good on me anymore. I say ditch the big clothes.

Well i said no bread for the week. I did better than i expected. I did have 1/2 piece of toast 1 day. But that was my only fail for the bread. Garbage: Going to try and resist pasta this week. for the 1st time in my life i'm drinking it plain. It is an acquired taste. Ugh! But the more i drink it plain it's not so bad. I use to put about 5 teaspoons of sugar and cream. So it's a big change for me and i just started drinking it plain last week.

I'm going to go strong with it this week. I fell off last weekend eating something i shouldn't but i know it works due to my lost the 1st week. It may not work for everyone but i believe it's the thing for me. As a start at least. :smile:

Well you've motivated me. I have at least 100lbs to lose and it's been a struggle each time i start. Getting the exercise in has been the hardest but i'm remaining focused and know that sometimes i will have those weak moments. But thanks for sharing your story. I'm currently on C1 of the diet. I have to say i feel like i have a lot more energy and i've seen a lost. I'm going to do all 3 cycles before i count it out. Hope it's working for you.
