I just purchased the book. so i'm getting ready to start the plan. Any suggestions from anyone who's been through a complete 17 days. I've been doing calorie counting for the last week and lost 5lbs. But i need to boost my metabolism. I know this won't be easy but any suggestion how to push through? :smile:
