Yes I feel all candidates after an interview deserve follow-up, even if it's just an email saying the company moved forward with more qualified candidates. I hate the word of entitled, but if someone took time out to interview they should receive follow-up, not saying a in depth explanation, but yes follow-up is…

Almost anything is better than ghosting, and honestly it is just common decency to me. Yes I'd be fine with a text like that. I wouldn't worry the person had an accident or was dead. Yes that is where my mind would go first.

Exactly!

Texting "hey I don't think it's a good idea to see each other anymore, good luck to you. Bye" is took awkward? I feel if you are adult enough to date then you should be able to that. Same goes for the work place. If you want to quit a job at least leave a note or voicemail. (I work in HR and really dislike no-show…

Ghosting someone you are dating is immature is 99% of situations. A simple text, email, some sort of communication saying it isn't working is enough. Doesn't have to provide an answer or two way conversation, but please make it known that it's over. If someone is really afraid for their safety then I can understand not…

Have you started (or maybe even finished) shopping for the holiday(s)? My shopping is done, but I'm still waiting on some to arrive in the mail (Amazon is my bff) What sort of things do you buy for the people in your life? I have 3 kids so each of them gets 4-6 gifts. This year I am surprising them with a trip in March so…

I'm a single mom to 3 kids. Typically I cook 3 meals a week and we eat leftovers or easy option on the other nights. Some of our go-to meals are: Tacos - ground beef or chicken with salsa in the crockpot. Add in the shell you prefer and toppings. Or put the meat on a bed of lettuce for a taco salad. Breakfast casseroles -…

I'm in the Kansas City area and have only see the BB Snickerdoodle Sleigh Ride at a local chain of grocery stores called Price Chopper.
-
One of my favorite "dressings" on salads is actually salsa. You can make your own, but I get store bought stuff.
-
Go to different shops and try stuff on. Pick what you feel most confident in and rock it!

Work week it's a protein bar or Greek yogurt with berries and always lots of coffee. Weekend it's sunny side up eggs, toast with butter and bacon. Oh and lots of coffee. :D

Already put the Irish Cream in my coffee this AM and it's great!!
-
For those that ordered the Skinny Syrup deal on Amazon posted recently, you do in fact get 6 bottles for under $9. Hope I like Irish Cream. 😂
-
I keep my weekday breakfast simple and it's usually a mix of: hardboiled eggs greek yogurt protein bar oatmeal
-
I ordered too
-
That is awesome!!!

Fresh fruit, especially berries and grapes. I have 3 young kids that LOVE fruit so I make sure to have a good amount at all times so they reach for that and not chips for their snack or side with their meals.

So I found the Snickerdoodle cookie ice cream (local chain here in Kansas called Price Chopper). I've never had this ice cream before, but it is amazing. Couple things... 1) is it usually a smaller container than normal ice cream? It was only 28oz (good thing store had it on sale so it was $3.79) 2) only thing I didn't…

This is what I do as well. I go to two grocery stores and know the isles pretty well so I organize my list by isles.

I never left, but lets just say I was only on here to be active in a group of friends I have here and not doing the work of calorie counting and deficit. I'm trying to start small with the changes and start logging my food. I figure even the small steps can't hurt in the long run.

Yes I do this all the time! I cut up an apple, put a little sugar on it and some cinnamon and put in microwave for 1-1.5 minutes (depending on what type of apple I use).

I understand the limited childcare thing as I have 3 kids of my own. I have a ProForm I got for around $1k brand new about 6 years ago. Best features are the fan (I get hot and sweaty fast) and the two cup holders on each side - one for my drink and one for my phone. It is not super quiet, but I don't find it loud either.…

Yep, lost 37lbs then over the last 9 months gained 27lbs back after going through a medical concern that left me in a really negative head space. Still getting myself out of my funk and trying to make better choices and ease back into the lower calories.

Once a week. Spot clean as needed in between as I have 3 young kids.

I love most fruit, but right now I have been stuck on kiwi. Yum!
-
Great job and keep it up!

I cannot help with your question, but know I'm going through something similar. I quit my e-cig a month ago and have gained about the same amount of weight.
-
It still says "sorry you are too late". :/

I'm already too late, grrr :D
