8 oz skim milk 1 cup frozen strawberries 2 packets truvia (sweetener) 1/2 scoop protein power Cals = 215 carbs = 32 fat = 1 protein = 22 I like to throw blue barriers in there as well.

I don't log them but I have been tempted to wear my heart rate monitor just to see the number of cals burned. Maybe next time. I just hope my wife doesn't think I'm crazy when I say hold one one minute I need my heart rate monitor.
