    Ditto! A blender makes for smoother mix & fruit adds more flavor along with more fiber and antioxidants. All good :)

    Protein Oatmeal Clusters
    Ingredients: 1.5 c. Rolled Oats, 1tbsp vanilla extract, 1tbsp Peanut butter, 3 scoops Whey Vanilla, 3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce, 1/2 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp coco powder

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, combine all dry ingredients; Oats, whey, coco powder and baking powder. Then add vanilla extract, apple sauce and peanut butter. Gently press mixture until a dough-like texture forms. * Add in a touch of water if it's still a little dry.
    2. Spray pan and use ice cream scoop to scoop out little balls from mixture and place on pan.
    3. Place in oven for 7-9 mins (not over 10 mins, that'll over bake them). Let cool and enjoy!

    When making a smoothie, you need to add something to make it creamy-some plain Greek yogurt, a little cottage cheese, milk, or my favorite-half an avocado. Yum!

    Here's my fave smoothie recipe lately:
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 handful of spinach (I promise you won't taste it)
    1/2 avocado
    1 cup of ice
    1 cup cold water
    1 Crystal Light lemonade packet

    On days I lift weights, I add half a banana. Mmmm!

    I also make protein pancakes-
    1/2 cup of raw oats (process them in the food processor.
    Then add:
    1 scoop protein powder
    1/2 cup eggbeaters
    1/3 cottage cheese
    a dash of cinnamon
    a dash of vanilla extract

    Blend it all and make like regular pancakes. I also add 1/4 cup of blueberries when they're cooking on the griddle.

    I put 2 cups of frozen strawberries (or frozen fruit of your choice), 1 cup of water, 2 scoops of protein powder, and 1 scoop of fiber. Blend and enjoy! I like mine thicker, so I put less water and use a spoon to eat it with. If I want to take it on the go and use a straw, I add more water.
  • If you like coffee I add 8 oz of almond milk and coffee. I've done it with vanilla and chocolate powder.

    I use Myofusion Whey Powder, chocolate flavor. It's ok with water, but with skim milk it tastes like a shake!!! No need to add anything/

    8 oz skim milk
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    2 packets truvia (sweetener)
    1/2 scoop protein power

    Cals = 215
    carbs = 32
    fat = 1
    protein = 22

    I like to throw blue barriers in there as well.

    I agree, she has some killer recipes for shakes and just general recipes.
  • For vanilla, you could add dates, bananas and/or honey.
