I'd like to eventually stop tracking, but I plan on weighing in weekly probably forever. That way, I'll know if I need to start tracking again. I've been on maintenance a few months now and am still too scared not to log.

5.5 on Monday 3.5 today WTD 9 MTD 46 Gonna try to get 4 miles in tomorrow since we leave for vacation Saturday! I had to take a week off for injury and am shocked I might actually make the 50 miles!

Forgot to add my mileage from last Sunday! Sunday 6/17- 4.25 miles Total for week; 15.17 And since I can't find the week 4 spreadsheet- Total for week 4- 3.1 miles (recovering from an injury) Total for month- 37.05

I agree you should keep the gym. You could alternate days between lifting and running. I know a lot of people (including myself) who do that.

Monday-3.5 miles Wednesday-4.1 miles Friday-5.3 miles Week to date (not sure if I'll get out Sunday) 12.9 miles Month to date- 29.7 miles.

I'm pretty happy staying within 2 pounds. That also seems to be the most my weight fluctuates with water retention, hard workouts, etc.

I did both. I have a big goal in mind, but work on achieving the little goals first. Losing 25 pounds sounds like way too much to me, but when I broke it down into 5 pound increments, I felt like I was making loads of progress. But you have to do what works best for you!
